The North Shore Haitian American Association, Inc. (Noshaa)
Founded in July 2003, NOSHAA, Inc. is a non-profit organization exclusively for charitable purposes within the scope of 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization’s purpose is to improve the quality of life of the Haitian Americans and other minority groups in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. To achieve this purpose, the organization is actively involved in the following activities:
Leadership Seminar and Management
Leadership is a skill for any role, not just managers. Learn how to become a more successful leader, improve communication, make better decisions, manage conflict and build a team. NOSHAA Leadership Director is leading a seminar every year and online training. Whether you're managing an Organization, a team, or just a few employees, learn how to get the most from your employees or your team by creating conditions for their success. Coming to learn how to collaborate more effectively as a team and get familiar with popular team collaboration tools and more.

Youths and teens make up more than 35% of the people we serve and the NOSHAA commitment to youth is seen through our programs that give youth a strong foundation so they can withstand daily pressures and grow into honest, responsible and caring citizens of the global community. We reach out to help families who need a nurturing environment by providing safe, structured programs so parents can go to work without worrying. The NOSHAA is a leading nonprofit organization for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

We at NOSHAA dedicate ourselves to assist the elders in our community by providing services needed to help make life easier for them. The North Shore Haitian American Association, Inc cordially welcomes you to participate at the Senior Health Social Club. We are proud to present a comprehensive program of human services and recreation activities for the mature adult, 65 years of age and older. The Senior Health Social Club Rehabilitation primary goal is to maximize independence for each participating senior while providing a comfortable, warm and home like environment.

The North Shore Haitian American Association Inc. Make a meaningful impact on the lives of our teams' and the people that we serve and the North Shore area in Health Educations and Nutrition skills in the daily life. Health and Nutrition education is a combination of educational strategies, accompanied by environmental supports, designed to facilitate vulnerable people to make the best choices of foods and nutrition related behaviors conducive to health and well-being. Nutrition education is delivered through multiple venues and involves activities at the individual, in our community. We are working with the Healthcare providers in the city to provide seminar and training to the people in the community.

We are advocate for these peoples who left behind and cannot reach to. We are advice our people that we serve and offers them about what they should do or how they should act in a particular situation. The lasting impacts of COVID-19 have made in our communities make us more focus on the vulnerable populations here in the North Shore Area to insure them are to protect them and the love one by providing seminar and passing out brochure and make them know are important it is to be vaccinated.

NOSHAA has the people with the knowledge and experience to help our immigration clients through the process. Often, more than one option exists, and our office is skilled at identifying every route to the goal and explaining these so that individuals can make the choice that is right for them.
